AGA strives to bring its customers first-rate products in everything we create. If any product purchased directly from us fails to meet your expectations within 30 days of the date of delivery, it may be returned to us and a refund will be issued. Returned products will be inspected upon our receiving them, and depending upon their condition, a full to 85% refund will be initiated. The refund is only applicable to the product’s cost. AGA will only cover shipping charges if an incorrect- or defective item was sent.
To return a product, email email@example.com with your order number and let us know which items of your order you’d like to return. A brief description of why they failed to meet your expectations would be appreciated. We will respond to your communication as soon as we are able to confirm your request and provide our shipping address. Please ensure the original packaging is included before sending everything. It’s advisable to use a traceable method of shipping, as AGA is not responsible for lost items. Your refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the merchandise.

Our website automatically logs information such as IP address, the length of visit, domain, subnet, and pages visited for all guests and members. No personal information is collected from guests. For members, however, personal information is gathered to facilitate faster checking-out when placing an online order and to enable communication between the member and AGA. None of your personal information will be sold, rented, or traded to third parties.
AGA’s website incorporates a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt the connection between us and our visitors and provide confidence while browsing our site. We also use the world renowned payment processor, Authorize.net, to handle all of our online transactions. This means that none of your Credit Card information is stored on our site, even if you choose to save your CC information for future use. Saving your CC information utilizes the CIM service offered by Authorize.net, and your CC information is only being stored in a secure, centralized Authorize.net data center.
AGA currently ships our orders via the United States Postal Service and forwards all customers their tracking information when they ship. If backorders extended beyond our projected dates, we will ship them Priority Mail, which is usually 2 days for delivery, but can be 3 depending upon your location. If order fulfillment falls within the projected dates, we will ship items First Class Mail, which is usually a 3 to 4 day service. We are working toward a customer selectable shipping method integrated into the checkout process to enable more customizable shipping options and provide more reputable service.
In the unlikely event that a package becomes lost or fails to be delivered, please contact your local Post Office directly to see if it can be tracked down. We can only file a claim after 15 days of a package being missing. Any information you can uncover in that interim can save us all time. If a claim is filed and you are left empty-handed of your order, we will make every attempt to send a replacement order as our inventory allows.
